The Certified Asset Recovery Specialist® National Certification Program was developed by Matrix Educational Systems, Inc. The course consists of twelve (12) sections, covering the Asset (Collateral) Recovery Industry, Skiptracing, Ethics and Communication, Defensive Driving and Tow Truck Operation and Insurance Coverage’s critical to these operations

Upon satisfactory completion, the applicant will be issued a Certificate of Completion from Matrix Educational Systems. Florida applicants are required to provide the Division of Licensing with a photocopy of the certificate along with their license application.

All graduates of the Certified Asset Recovery Specialist® National Certification Program will have their name and date of certification listed on our website at no additional charge. Also available to graduates of the program is the use of our trademarked logo and designation of Certified Asset Recovery Specialist® (C.A.R.S.®), on company advertising and websites.

No more mandatory classroom training. No more traveling away from home. No more motel rooms, gas expense, etc., etc. The Certified Asset Recovery Specialist (C.A.R.S.) National Certification Program is an in-home training program with on-line testing now accepted by Florida law for all E and EE applicants. Many lenders are now mandating certification through the C.A.R.S. program as one of their requirements for hiring their recovery specialists but in the state of FL it is mandatory curriculum. By taking the C.A.R.S. exam you will qualify for licensure pursuant to FL Statute 493.
