RISC Press Release

12-May-2009 As you are aware, we recently issued a press release stating that Joe and Elizabeth Taylor were assuming control of the C.A.R.S and F.R.S. programs, Matrix Educational Systems, Inc. and the website, www.repospecialist.com  from REACT.  Effective May 1st, 2009 this change went into effect.  The new, and only authorized, organization responsible for administration of these entities is RISC (Recovery Industry Services Company).  Accordingly, all C.A.R.S. and F.R.S. purchases or on-line testing is to be done only through our authorized new website, www.RiscUS.com and all valid Matrix Educational Systems Certificates of Completion are to be issued solely by RISC after May 1st, 2009.

If you have completed the final exam and have been issued a Certification of Completion for either C.A.R.S. or F.R.S. programs after May 1st, 2009 by any entity other than RISC you have an unauthorized and invalid Certification of Completion. However, since we know you may have obtained the Certification of Completion through no fault of your own, you may obtain an authorized and valid Certificate from RISC by doing the following.  Mail a copy of your current unauthorized and invalid Certificate to our home office along with a short statement of when you completed the final exam and through what entity.  This is important because entities other than RISC who are issuing unauthorized and invalid C.A.R.S. or F.R.S. Certificates may be involved in copyright infringement as well as other possible law violations.
